UCL Final – “I’ll Decide My Future After Real Madrid Game”, Says Man
Sadio Mane, a Liverpool striker, has stated that he will reveal his future decision after Liverpool’s Champions League final against Real Madrid.
Mane’s present deal with the Premier League will expire in a year.
“This question [about my future] I will respond after Champions League,” the Senegal international, who has 120 goals in 268 games for Liverpool, told Sky Sports News.
“I’ll decide if I’m staying or not after the Champions League.” Mane has recently been connected with a transfer to Bayern Munich.
If Robert Lewandowski leaves this season, the Bundesliga champions will be in the market for a striker.
Liverpool colleague Fabinho praised Mané as a “complete player” who plays with “high levels of effort and attention.” Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher compared Mané to former Liverpool legend John Barnes, describing him as a “world-class winger.” Former Ajax defender Danny Blind compared him to Cristiano Ronaldo, praising him for his ability to score with both feet and headers, as well as making “amazing” sprints.
Mané is a dynamic striker known for his shooting, speed, skill, and cleverness in possession, as well as his decision-making, tactical knowledge, creativity, flexibility, stability, control, touches on the ball, and dribbling abilities. In the media, he has been praised for his cerebral play, passing, and ability to get into good positions from where he may score goals or set up teammates. His ability to manage with pressure has also been noted as one of his primary talents. He is known for his quiet and shy attitude. In addition to his offensive, artistic, and creative abilities, analysts have praised his high defensive work-rate, as well as his proficiency in the air, despite his small stature of 1.75m (5′ 9′′). Mané is most often used as a left-sided winger, allowing him to cut into the middle and shoot on goal with his better right foot.
